Fountain Valley consists of Fountain, Security and Widefield. Of all of them Fountain is the only city that is incorporated and is the oldest community in the Pikes Peak region.
 
This is a very fast growing community catering to Fort Carson Army base. Buyers like the larger homes and larger lots for less money that many northern communities.  Most of the Homes are ranchers and split level homes make up the older tree lined neighborhoods.
